Our Services
Ordering a custom piece
If you would like to order a custom piece of jewellery, please contact me to discuss your idea using the contact form on the website.
Damage & Repairs
I will repair any piece of jewellery that I make and have sold to you, this may require a small fee.
Measurements
To ensure best fit, I recommend that you provide size measurements when ordering bespoke jewellery. If you are unsure of anything, just ask; it is better to contact me before placing an order to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible. As a guideline, the wrist sizes are as follows for bangles and bracelets: S – 14.5 cm M – 18 cm L – 21.5 cm Ring sizes vary from country to country, so if you are in any doubt, please contact me first.
Delivery & Returns
I currently deliver products to the United Kingdom, the United States and all countries within the European Union. I deliver to all major towns and cities in Kenya. If you are in a country that is not mentioned above, please contact me and I will see if it is possible to organise delivery to your country.
